15-Minute Healthy Spinach Pancakes with Oats « Clean & Delicious

Ingredients: 

  • 200 grams of filo dough.
  • 300 grams of spinach.
  • A cup of crumbled feta cheese.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons of butter.
  • A teaspoon of black seed.
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • Chopped onion.
  • A teaspoon of black pepper.

Method:

Fry the onions

Heat the butter in a suitable frying pan over medium heat, then add the onion and stir until it wilts, then add the chopped garlic and stir for a minute.

Cooking spinach

Add the spinach and stir with the onions until they wilt, about 5 minutes.

Beat eggs with spices and cheese

Beat the eggs in a large bowl with salt, black pepper, and black seed, then add the feta cheese and stir the mixture together.

How to apply the filling

Add the spinach mixture with onions to the egg and cheese mixture and stir the mixture together.

How to make spinach pies

Place the phyllo dough in an oven tray lined with parchment paper, then place the spinach filling on the dough and cover it with the rest of the dough. Place the tray in the oven and leave it until the surface is browned for 30 minutes.

Serve spinach pancakes

Cut the pie into squares of equal size using a sharp knife and serve it hot at your table.
