350 g medium-fat beef and lamb mixed minced meat
1 grated onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Method:
Add minced meat, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs and spices to a kneading bowl suitable for meatballs and knead. Let’s cut marble-sized pieces and shape them by rolling them. Let’s add all the ingredients for the sauce to a suitable bowl and mix them. Let’s arrange the chopped vegetables in a suitable pan. Let’s arrange the meatballs we have prepared on it and pour the sauce we have prepared. Cover it with greaseproof paper that has been moistened with water and squeezed, and preheated it. Let’s bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes, remove the baking paper and bake it for another 10 minutes and take the dish out of the oven.
